Adult education

Drawing on decades of experience in educational and cultural activities, Eesti People to People designs and delivers learner-centred training for adults from diverse backgrounds and life stages, including young adults, people not currently in education or employment (NEETs), national minorities, migrants, refugees, and seniors in the silver age. The work is characterised by practical methodologies, strong intercultural and intergenerational approaches, and close cooperation with educators, trainers, and civil society actors across Estonia and Europe. Through experienced team of professional educators and a wide volunteer base, Eesti People to People contributes to strengthening adults’ key competences, civic engagement, and lifelong learning capacities in a rapidly changing social and digital environment.

Youth work

Eesti People to People brings youth work to life by building inspiring bridges between educational institutions, different organisations, and the wider community. Rooted in non-formal and informal education, the youth work creates safe and motivating spaces where young people, including those with fewer opportunities, are encouraged to question and participate actively. Through a strong network and dynamic cooperation with teachers, youth workers, and trainers, Eesti People to People supports gymnasiums, vocational schools, and universities in nurturing engaged, confident, and open-minded young people who are ready to shape their own futures and contribute positively to society. The NGO contributes to improving the quality of youth engagement by empowering young people, particularly those facing social, economic, or educational barriers, to become active, informed, and socially responsible members of society.
